Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier partners. Since we aim for fast dispatch, we recommend reaching out within 2–4 hours of placing your order.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is already in transit, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy after receiving the package.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.
Prepaid Orders
If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet.
Refund Timeline
Once processed, refunds generally reflect in your account within 5–7 working days depending on your bank’s processing time.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is required and the order will simply be cancelled in our system.
If you need to change a size, color, or shipping address instead of cancelling the order completely, please contact us immediately.
We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet been packed or dispatched.
If a customer refuses a shipment at the time of delivery without prior cancellation, Novariaa K-Lumniss reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) privileges for that account or deduct a nominal shipping fee from any applicable refund.
Novariaa K-Lumniss reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued wherever applicable.
