You may request a return if:

• The item was delivered within the last 7 days.
• The product is Unused, Unwashed and in Original Condition.
• All tags, labels and packaging are intact.
• The item is not part of clearance, final sale or non-returnable categories.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at "novariaaklumniss@gmail.com" within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order ID and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective items, subject to availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

• Free returns may be offered on select orders or promotions.
• Otherwise, a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per the policy.
