1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Note: During high-season sales or new collection launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Shipment cannot be expedited.

4. Delivery Issues (Damages/Lost Packages)

Damages:

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address:

Shipping Address Cannot Be Modified After Placing Orders.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
